Changing the Culture of the Education System Mitchell Excellence 2000 (E2K) teachers attend workshops throughout the school year presented by the Chais Teachers Institute, a division of the Society for Excellence through Education (SEE). The workshops take place both on national and regional levels. Chais Teacher Institute workshops are credited by the Israel Ministry of Education.
