Made to look like an old journal to make it seem more authentic. Colour pallet red, grey and white, makes it look simple an ties the modern article with the black and white photos. Faded title makes it seem styled and old. Pen strokes for the title adds to the personal look. Old photographs pasted onto the article add to the effect of an journal First letter of the article same colour and font as the main title. Important sections highlighted in red in order to point them out and made to appear like masking tape.

Title highlighted by placing it inside a circle but does not cover up the main photo because of the translucency. Dramatic background photo showing an expansive city and the main character also. This creates a sense of grandeur of the main character. The txt is splayed to one side in order to not draw attention away form the photograph. The white txt stands out against the background and fits in with the color pallet of blue black and white. Powerful and confident stance of Batman shows him to be in control. The face turned upward shows him to be thoughtful as he contemplates the city beyond him.

Large dramatic photo showing characters in a position of action. The text shows to be exiting and in movement, enticing the reader to read the article. The title in bold text is understated but still attractive.
