How Does the system works The Event Management system is an Internet based system (WEB) which allows mobile entities to manage tasks and events Interactively during their stay in the area Capabilities of the system allows for all mobile and stationary elements to be shared (by permission) to all relevant and current information of events that occur in a specific area.

The system allows any organization that maintains a routine activity in defined space cells, to transfer to another area the relevant information for their mission, displayed on maps, Also allows for a portable update on the same medium of the data / changes / updates received during a task or the occurrence of the event. Who Can use the system

By Municipalities- to manage the infrastructure activities / maintenance / urban inspection Infrastructure Enterprise (electricity, water, etc.) who activate field teams on a daily basis Law enforcement organizations Aid organizations and Rescue (Fire department, MDA) Security systems - fences, sensors, field trips. Emergency System The system can be used

The system is able to take data from almost any type of database (DB) and can upload information in any format (video, text, audio, etc) Easy DB Integration

System views - mark an event / task An event starts at a certain point

Summary of the event for that certain point. Start of the event - Report

Flexibility in adapting a client's needs. Simplicity and convenience in operation Without the need for complex installations, CLIENTLESS Without requiring special hardware to communicate with the system: definition by authorized user can enter from any other portable media (smart phone, tablet or laptop) Significantly lower cost from alternatives System Benefits
