STORYBOARD  Three friends gather in a room discussing what has to be done following evening.  A small and thin guy wants to go for a booze.  A big and stout guy wants to go for bowling.  Finally, the third with average physique fixes the plan as below.  First, go for Bowling and the one who looses sponsors the booze party.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED  Binding skin, movement and textures for human characters was a difficult and time consuming task. Deformation of the body parts was taking place while moving the character. SOLUTION  Though we couldn’t achieve 100%, we have managed to make the skin and skeleton bind and look properly.
