What is an E-CRM Enterprise resource planning (ERP) E-CRM or Electronic Customer Relationship Management is just like a CRM in addition of the usage of intranet, extranet and internet. E-CRM defines and uses technologies used to support a company’s CRM strategy. It can be seen to arise from the consolidation of traditional CRM with the e- business applications marketplace.

Differences between CRM and E-CRM The main difference between CRM and E-CRM is you are being able to take care of your customer via Internet using websites, , etc. Or customers being able to take care of themselves online using a web browser to go directly to your website.
