Strategy #6 The Care & Feeding of a PLACED distributor!

Do you deserve… and would you appreciate… having someone placed into your downline?

Dear Sir or Madam: Would you like me to make arrangements with Morinda to have Morinda send you a check for $500-$5,000 a month… for the rest of your life? Would you be willing to SERVICE, CARE FOR, TEACH, and MOTIVATE … a distributor that I have personally sponsored… and would like to place beneath you in your organization, and… …in return, you can keep all of the income that you derive from his/her activities for the rest of your life? If you are lucky enough to have someone in your upline to generously PLACE a Personally sponsored distributor in YOUR downline somewhere… …... treat that donated person like pure...

Work with that person for the first 60 days just as though you had personally sponsored them – even though you will not earn any income from their activities (other than the BONUS money) for the first 60 days!

TO IGNORE THEM IS A... MAJOR ERROR!!! If you don’t pay attention to that PLACED distributor, they will probably feel abandoned, resentful, and disallusioned... and probably quit before the 60 days is up. And your upline will probably never place anyone else in your downline!

BEWARE! You are potentially transferring an enormous amount of money… from your pockets to those of your downline.

1 YOU 2 1 LUCKY $5,000 You lose $5,000! “Lucky” recieves your $5,000… plus $$ levels 2-7! Let’s say that you build down 8 levels… and the 8 th level pays you $5,000. You decide to move “1” under “2” because you want to help your family/friend “2” That $5,000 has now moved to your 9 th level… out of your earning range. Don’t get involved in “family welfare!”

Ex. $5,000 per month 1 You 2 1 $5,000 When your UP-LINE Places someone under you, you have potentially received a huge amount of wealth for free! Treasure this person!!! Work with them! Gifted money! 1 Lucky YOU! If you are fortunate enough to receive a PLACEMENT distributor, this money is a gift to you from your upline… possibly for the rest of your life! Do you appreciate it? Think… before you act! Do you deserve it?

Thank your sponsor with sincere gratitude... Everytime you receive your“donated” check. This money is a FREE GIFT that your Personal Sponsor has generously put into your pocket.

Strategy 6 (continued). When & Where To PLACE someone!

NOTE: Never… ever… give away Personal Sponsorship! STOP

Question: Under what situations might you consider Placing someone downline? (NOT giving away Personal Sponsorship) 1. Geographic 2.Deserved assistance 3. Assist you in getting promoted

1. Geographic: If you live in California, for example, and you sponsor someone in Australia who demonstrates that they are a serious and “nurturing distributor“..... … rather than have two competing lines in Australia, you might find it helpful to PLACE the new distributor UNDER the nurturing distributor so that they can work & benefit together as a team… freeing you up to recruit others elsewhere. … and you sponsor another distributor in Australia…

Deserved Assistance: If you find someone who is a Proven Leader, you might decide to help that builder fill in the levels below him/her more quickly by PLACING one or more distributors into that builder’s downline! 2.

You still retain personal sponsorship of the people you find and place. Benefits to the downline in that leg: Fills up faster, They get additional assistance from the builder, and They work more as a team.

So think very carefully about trying to motivate a non- worker by giving them distributors they didn’t earn. If it is a family member you are trying to help… a better strategy is to give them cash each month instead… and invest your kept commissions wisely!!!!!

Now let’s take a further look at Placement Rules... … and when Placement can benefit you.

You are only allowed to move a Personally Sponsored distributor ONE TIME. When you register a new distributor, if you fill in the PLACEMENT SPONSOR information immediately on the application… this will be considered a PERMANENT move. NO OTHER MOVES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS PERSON. Be absolutely sure that this move is the right one. IT IS IRREVERSIBLE! RULES:

PLACEMENT… can assist you in getting promoted! Promotion is based upon: 1. Distributors that you personally sponsor, advancing to the next level (getting themselves promoted). 2. Plus… YOU… having enough volume to meet the promotion requirements.

For example: Moving an ACTIVE distributor WITH volume… …can possibly accelerate the promotion of several people UPLINE above the recipient distributor (shown as “2” in the following example)… because of the “transferred” volume!

1 12 YOU Move an entire organization cases...and you decide to move “1” under “2”… If the total volume for “1” is 40 cajas… Repeat: You also move the 40 cases under “2.” …the entire organization of “1,” … plus the volume of “1” …also gets moved under “2” Now, both “1” & “2” have 40 cases!

Because “1” was moved under “2”… To summarize: YOU 12 …. the volume of “1” was also transferred under “2.” 1 40

Volume transferred this way can be used by all of the upline distributors......to help satisfy the volume requirements for their promotion.

...this now sets the stage for both “1” and “2” (plus others in the upline) to possibly use the extra volume to become… Jades, or Pearls. In this current example…

YOU Move the entire organization! …and you move the 200 cases under “2”… 1 If the total volume for “1” is 200 cases… 1 YOU … this can help promote you… and some in your upline… to a promotion to the management position of PEARL!
