Consortial Needs Survey - Themes  Professional development, for the improvement/promotion both of core library services and of integration of academic information units  Cost reduction is the main reason for targeting consortial licensing of e-resources  Learning about new library and learning technologies is an important goal  Sharing resources for information literacy instruction is more important than broader curricular collaboration at this point
