Trend Data Calculator March 31, 2005

CRT Trend Data  Locate the "Spring Criterion-Referenced Test School/District Achievement Level Report" for ELA and Mathematics and for Science and Social Studies.

CRT Trend Data  Locate the Total column which indicates the number of students that score at each achievement level (for GEE use Initial Testers Only)

CRT Trend Data  Click on the worksheet labeled CRT Data  In the white cells, enter the number of students that scored at each level for each subject in each grade (for GEE use Initial Testers Only).

CRT Trend Data  Click the CRT Table worksheet tab to display the CRT trend data  The CRT Indexes and number of testers will appear on the worksheet labeled CRT Table.

CRT Trend Data  Enter the Testing Year in order to calculate the Index Objectives The index objectives will not be calculated without entering the testing year

NRT Trend Data  Locate the "School Performance Profile" for all grades that took the Spring Iowa tests.

NRT Trend Data  Locate the Average Standard Score (SS) and the number of students tested (N) for each subtest in each grade.

 Locate the "Spring Criterion- Referenced Test School Lunch Report" for all grades that took the Spring LEAP/GEE tests (for GEE use Initial Testers Only data) in ELA and Mathematics. Subgroup %Proficient Trend Data Economically Disadvantaged (ED)

 Locate the percent scoring Advanced, Mastery, and Basic and the total number of students in ED Subgroup For the ED subgroup use the percents in the Total, Yes column at the far right of the Lunch Report table Subgroup %Proficient Trend Data Economically Disadvantaged (ED)

 Enter the percent of students scoring Advanced, Mastery, and Basic and the total number of students for Economically Disadvantaged (ED) subgroup in each grade in the white cells

 The Percent Proficiencies and Proficiency Objectives will appear on the worksheet. Subgroup %Proficient Trend Data
