 On your desktop, Right click -> New -> Folder  Naming a file or folder  Can have up to 255 characters, including space  Most of the symbol are invalid ▪ Backslash (\) or slash (/) ▪ Colon (:) ▪ Asterisk (*) ▪ Question Mask (?) ▪ Quotation Mask (“)

 Start Button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> WordPad  Type, Monday!!!!  Save the file in to the created folder  Check the file  Repeat the steps above

 Go to  \\honolulu2\Student Test Folder\ BN1108 A1\ \\honolulu2\Student Test Folder\ BN1108  Press Ctrl + A  Right click and choose copy  Go to your H: drive, right click and choose paste
