‘The Safest Fumigant’ Available exclusively from PrimaTec Management Limited Chlorine Dioxide Gas Sterilisation

What is Chlorine Dioxide Gas? Chlorine Dioxide is a yellow green gas used for sterilisation/decontamination and is extremely effective It is used in many areas from water treatment and food safety/spoilage reduction to BSL applications

Why Choose Chlorine Dioxide? Water soluble – reaches wet surfaces other fumigants cannot reach! Sterilise with all equipment in place No neutralisation or post sterilisation cleanup required Easy and constant monitoring of gas concentration

More reasons to choose CD Gas distributes rapidly and reaches all surfaces Great material compatibility Cycles at low concentration and ambient temperature Rapid Aeration

Why is it ‘the safest fumigant’? It is used only at low concentrations Detectable by smell below the 8 hour safety level Rapidly aerated in emergency situations Shorter cycle times (less risk of exposure) Non-Carcinogenic Can be vented to atmosphere with no environmental impact

What can it be used to sterilise? Equipment into / out of BSL facilities Clean down rooms between experiments Use our service to sterilise whole buildings quickly and effectively Pass through rooms/chambers and isolators Any equipment within a facility

Example of Material Compatibility and Efficacy A room with an IVC rack in was decontaminated as part of a 13 room 400 cubic metre facility. Chemical Indicators were placed inside the plenums of the rack to show efficacy of the gas. Total Cycle time for whole facility was 5 Hours.

Further Examples Sterilise Electronic Equipment and Microscopes with no adverse effects!

Facility Sterilisation The Corridor and Storeroom of the facility. A few fans in the corridor help to distribute the gas faster and reduce cycle times. Sterilise your equipment as well as your rooms saving time and labour.

Ask us for more details! We supply generators allowing you to perform sterilisation of Isolators, Safety cabinets, Rooms, Equipment (within rooms or dedicated pass through chambers or rack washers) or even sterilise sections of a building all using the same generator! Alternatively use the PrimaTec Sterilisation service to have specific areas or even whole buildings sterilised Safe professionally performed sterilisations Talk to us today about your decontamination needs!
