INTRODUCTION Malcolm X was a part of the civil rights movement. You will learn about him more in the PowerPoint.

Elijah Muhammad Elijah Muhammad was a leader of the NOI. He and Malcolm had some disagreements.

Conclusion He thought that just because you were a different color you should be treated with equal rights.
