Project Details – Streetscape Street trees strategically located in front of building corners, blank walls, and parking lots. Tree grates are used along Main St. with exception of bump out areas Tree layout carefully considers underground utilities, façade signage, signal poles, & light pole layout.

Project Details - Streetscape Streetscape incorporates design cues from Opera House Square (LDR plan). Features include half-circle tree pits, brick banding, trash receptacles, bike racks, and benches. Modified street tree planter detail reduces snow plow damage by replacing the raised concrete edge w/ a flush edge. MAIN ST. FLUSH CONCRETE EDGE
