Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala States of Mexico de_Tabasco

Tabasco State capital : Villahermosa Tabasco is a state in Mexico. It is bordered by the states of Veracruz to the west, Chiapas to the south, and Campeche to the north east. To the east Tabasco borders with the Petén department of Guatemala, and to the north with the bay of Campeche (part of gulf of Mexico). Tabasco is in the northern half of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.

State flag *It consists of four quarters in color gules and silver. Silver Fields express loyalty unspotted from Tabasco and Spain, and gules express the sovereign authority of the King and his protection from Tabasco. *The upper left quarter contains four towers or castles gold fund gules, representing the former Kingdom of Castile. *In the lower right is a lion rampant crowned with three crosses of gold in fund gules which represents the Ancient Kingdom of Leon. *In the bottom right upper quarter silver shield a military arm and Spanish, which represents the Spanish power and domination.

* In the bottom left there is a silver background with topless Indian and two separate hands bouquets of flowers, refers to the race that founded the chiefdom of Tabasco; reminds Malinche and fertility of the land, being the only representative element of the state of Tabasco on the shield. *At the center an oval with the image of the Virgin Mary representing the conversion of the natives to Catholicism, *Two columns flanking the oval, the first and the words "ne plus" and one marked "Ultra" that holds each in a world carrying a cross, representing the Pillars of Hercules, and the legend "Nec Plus Ultra" means "beyond the Pillars of Hercules" which in ancient times believed that marked the boundaries of the world. *All this, topped by a Spanish royal crown in gold with red background, which corresponds to the royal house of Spain.

Tabasco’s fact In Tabasco, unlike the rest of Mexico, the spoken language sounds much like Caribbean Spanish due to the heavy Cuban influence in the region. Curiously, the variety of peppers used in Tabasco sauce do not actually grow in this Mexican state. Nevertheless, because the state is located in a tropical zone, the sun's rays make it feel as hot as Tabasco.

Tamaulipas Tamaulipas is one of the 31 states of Mexico and is located in the central-northeastern part of Mexican federation. It borders the U.S state of Texas to the north, the gulf of Mexico to the east, Veracruz to the south, San Luis Potosi to the south west, and Nuevo Leon to the west Tamaulipas had a population of about 3,024,238 people.

State flag *In the first section corresponding to the upper left and blue, arranged on the following order a plant of maize, sorghum, panicle with orange, one of agave and cane, all in green as a symbol of main sources that have given rise to agricultural development in our Institution. *At the top left is a blue tower on red background. At the top right a golden eagle on blue background. At the bottom left, a gold pot with a red flag on blue background. In the bottom right blue tower on red background. *In the third section on the upper right on red background appears upside down in a bull zebu dark brown, a cow of the same race in yellow ocher and a copy of goats in beige, thereby pointing livestock production in our institution.

*In the fourth section on the bottom, in a blue sky above and the center has the characteristic of Bernal Hill in brown on each side showing a white cloud. At the bottom left is a gray shrimp boat and an orange fish in a dark blue sea, which identifies the farm and fisheries in our state. In the bottom and the center shows a white tractor plowing a field beige earth as witness to the development through the mechanization of the countryside. In the bottom right on a green background provides an oil rig and two black, white oil deposits, meaning the hydrocarbon potential and technical capacity for refining.

Tamaulipas Interesting Facts *Tamaulipas gets its name from Huastec word, Tamaholipa, which can be translated as either “place where people pray” or “place of the high mountains” *Geographically, Tamaulipas is one-third the size of the state of Chihuahua and fifteen times larger than Morelos. *There is more percentage of women than there is for men.

Population of Tamaulipas Tamaulipas has a population of about 3,024,238 1,530,665 1,493,573 WOMEN MEN
