Literacy-Definition The ability of reading, writing and manipulation of basic numeracy (Addition, Multiplication, Subtraction and Division) (In consensus with the National definition)

Research for impact assessment Involvement and linkages of Universities and Education foundation in evaluation and research Regular process of research and development by NCHD through studies of best practices around the world.
