It is advisable to make pop-up windows to the CTC Online specific webpage an exception instead of turning them off. Pop-up blocked messages may appear on the top or at the bottom of the window Click the warning message and select “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.” Some Agency or Institution’s do not authorize the users to make this change. Technical assistance will be required to add to the list of always allowed Pop-up sites. 13
