It is advisable to make pop-up windows to the CTC Online specific webpage an exception instead of turning them off.   Pop-up blocked messages may appear on the top or at the bottom of the window   Click the warning message and select “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.”   Some Agency or Institution’s do not authorize the users to make this change. Technical assistance will be required to add to the list of always allowed Pop-up sites. 13
