FOCUS: Primary focus will be on transportation of commodities (coal, petroleum, grains) across ~400 miles of navigable waterways (Ohio, Tennessee to include the Great Lakes) post 7.6+ magnitude destructive earthquake and related aftershocks while concentrating on port and waterway restoration, bridge and utility obstruction removal and hazardous waste recovery and disposal as well as debris recovery and disposal to include emergency dredging operations to maintain the required navigation channel.
