IEEE TNS “Marking” Issue It is a continual source of frustration to see fully refereed journal articles, published in the IEEE TNS, referred to a “Conference Proceedings Papers” by the ISI Web of Science. We wonder whether this is an IEEE marking issues, or simply ISI’s policy. In any case, it is inaccurate. Any possibility of correcting this?
