Rough Drafts Exchange Rough Drafts. Today we are workshopping to estimate how much more work you need to complete the final draft. Here is a checklist: –Typed, double spaced, indented paragraphs, no additional space between paragraphs –Name in a top corner, title centered, page numbers after the first page –At least three pages long (the text should extend onto the fourth page) –The essay tells a full story with sufficient background and detail –There are no unnecessary points or digressions –The conclusion provides a meaningful way to understand the story –Orientation in the introductory paragraph –Paragraphs flow into each other and paragraphs break wherever there is a break in the story –The story is logically organized and the pacing is appropriate –The story has been proofread for language use

Homework Turn in your final draft on Monday. Have a good weekend!
