Phase One: Barre Practice Participants stand at barre and receive procedural education with visual and auditory instruction. The presence of the barre takes away the need to balance, allowing the participants to focus on the directions.

Phase One: Instructions 1) 1,2,5 position 2) 2 nd for arms 3) releve, peila (demi and grand), combre, 4) Tendu en croix- stretching the foot on the floor 5) Devante, Alisoncone, dariyarie 6) Rond de jamees a teree, granda batteman 7) developies en croix 8) feedback-turnout, sickleing, head position, arm position VIDEO of Barre Exercises

Phase Two: Middle of the Floor Without the bar the vestibular and somatosensory feedback information received while doing the various movements becomes important. Also there will be less demonstration so the participants must use working memory to follow the verbal directions correctly. PHASE TWO VIDEO

Phase Three: Open Floor with Music With the music there is now a rhythm, timing factor to the performance, which will require the participants to coordinate their motor control to the auditory information. More feedback control will be used.
