INTRODUCTION The economic transformations which take place in Ukraine, are intended to integrate Ukrainian enterprises into the system of international economic relations on the one hand and attract foreign entrepreneurs to work in Ukraine - on the other.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE Production of alcoholic beverages in Ukraine has increased very rapidly, indicating a high demand on the domestic market and an active export policy. Alcoholic and vodka production is one of the most important sectors of the food industry in Ukraine. Revenues of state budget largely depend on this sector.

NEMIROFF IN THE DOMESTIC VODKA MARKET Nemiroff Company is among the TOP-20 largest taxpayers of Ukraine. The amounts of money paid by the company into the budgets of various levels annually increase: The Nemiroff Company itself was founded in 1992 by Stepan Glus, and has grown into a worldwide drink.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FEA OF NEMIROFF Today the Ukrainian vodka company Nemiroff, is the largest manufacturer and exporter of alcoholic beverages in the country. The company Nemiroff - is also a unique brand of the same name, which exports its products to over 55 countries worldwide.

Sales policy of Nemiroff Through its commercial offices Nemiroff company works with independent dealers Nemiroff uses the method of the indirect distribution. There are 2 key principles at the core of the company's sales policy: Avoidance of unauthorized flow of products from region to region Strict control of price

The company's success would not be so significant with the absence of at least one of the following factors: Success of Nemiroff Existence of its own manufacturing base, which guarantees stable quality of products Effective marketing policy that is sensitive to the smallest requests and market changes The organization of control of the entire life cycle of products

CONCLUSION In order to operate effectively and get stable growth rates, each firm which conducts its activities abroad has to keep up with this improvements and changes. The world market is developing and changing.
