Ocean exploration is truly interdisciplinary. It requires close collaboration among biologists, chemists, climatologists, computer programmers, engineers, geologists, meteorologists, and physicists, and new ways of thinking. Ocean Literacy: Essential Principle 7, The ocean is largely unexplored.
