OBJECTIVE

What is an ERP? ERP is a business management software with the core purpose of integrating all companies units and businesses in order to ensure effectiveness and desired success.

Benefits- Reduces paperwork Integrates an entire enterprise Provides handy and readily available information at time of need Allowing you to make better decisions IN TIME!

Problem Definition Interviews results: “20%-30% people can’t recall or understand what was taught in the training.”-PTCL “Only assigned ‘super users’ are focused for the training by SAP employees.”- Unilever “The biggest issue that occurs is in terms of change management; capacity to accept change.” –IBM “Negligence on part of consultants from even big companies pushes software implementations which neither benefit companies and add cost”-Inbox We determined the weak understanding of benefit present in terms of use among the users at every level.

Highlighting Issues ERP solves a business problem and integrates the whole scenario, but is it being used to its full capability? >>WHY NOT??? Cost-benefit Purchasing + Training Costing Are employees receptive of the way? Inertia they feel against the system Training

DOES IT ALREADY EXISTS? So what is the solution?

Existing Alternatives IBM Innovo Complicated in usage Focused on high level consultants Towards comprehensive ERP aspect High Costs ERP Sim Less flexible Focused on purchasing and manufacturing module Inclined towards global market only High Costs

DON’T YOU THINK? This calls for a better solution…

WE PRESENT TO YOU

So what is ERP Facilitator? “ERP Facilitator is a “gamified” simulator explaining the work flow, while highlighting the benefits of ERP” The principle idea was to; 1.Easy to train and understand 2.Increase adaptability amongst the users 3.Lower costs

So now if you choose MIGO the work flow proceeds as- What goes on while checking inventory, for instance…

Another common scenario at workplace…

Procurement work flow-

Scoring for e-training and evaluation

So, why use ERP Facilitator over others? Most importantly we wanted to reduce costs!!!! We provide customized solution to existing problems depending upon each company’s requirement Users shy away from ERP acceptance because of its complexity and dull interface What we are providing is a simplified, smooth and sleek, easy to use and receptive interface for client’s ease.

In conclusion- - To develop a hands-on understanding of the concepts underlying enterprise systems -To experience the benefits of enterprise integration firsthand -To analyze one’s progress and understanding using the scoring system

THANK YOU QUESTION??
