Genesis 8:22: "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease”

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST Sowing the Seed Reaping the Harvest Feeding the people

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST The process of seed to bread

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST 1. SOWING THE SEED

All the seeds are good seeds

“……..some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.”

“Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants.”

“Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil “Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. ”

“But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.”

“But others fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit “But others fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit. some an hundredfold: some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold."

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST 2. REAPING THE HARVEST

John 12:24 : “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.”

2 Corinthians 9:6: “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.”

You can count the seeds in an apple but you can’t count the apples in a seed.

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST 3. FEEDING THE PEOPLE

Threshing using oxen and sledge

Winnowing

Grinding the wheat between two millstones

THE PRINCIPLE OF HARVEST 2 Corinthians 9:10: Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.

THE HARVEST IS COMPLETE Colossians 4:12 “…...that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of Yahweh.”
