ProblemSolutionPlan Improve response for large Class C tow trucks at major collision scenes Work with WSP and the towing association to revise RCW Change from hourly rate structure payment for Class C tows to a job- based rate to include financial incentives for meeting quick clearance goals. Establish performance measurements to meet minimum performance standards Strengthen coordination of roles and responsibilities at collision scenes Provide cross- functional training Expand Traffic Incident Management training statewide in partnership with WSP, Fire Chiefs, local law enforcement, and hazmat responders.
