Mon, Aug. 18 Pronouns: Play the following music video for students. Students should, working with a partner, keep a running list of the pronouns they hear in the song. You can also have them try to tally the pronouns. Refer to the worksheet I attached for a list of pronouns, or provide it for students to look at as they listen.

When he reached his hotel, he decided to send his wife a quick . Unfortunately, when typing her address, he mistyped a letter and his note was directed instead to an elderly preacher’s wife whose husband had passed away only the day before. When the grieving widow checked her , she took one look at the monitor, let out a piercing scream, and fell to the floor in a dead faint.
