TOLL OPERATIONS César Chávez Managed Lanes TxDOT design and construction 9 miles of managed lanes (electronic toll collection) CRRMA negotiating with systems integrator for opening in late 2013 First segment of the Southern Relief Route (alternative to I-10)

TOLL OPERATIONS Remaining Segments of the Southern Relief Route Americas Managed Lanes – CRRMA is in the procurement process for preliminary engineering and environmental services I-10 Managed Lanes – CRRMA has requested toll equity funding to pursue preliminary engineering and environmental services Border Highway West – CRRMA is coordinating with TxDOT as it seeks environmental approval

TRANSPORTATION REINVESTMENT ZONES New TRZ Projects The CRRMA is assisting El Paso County, the Town of Horizon City and the City of Socorro to create three new TRZs to develop a revenue stream that the CRRMA will use to design and construct approximately $70M worth of transportation projects.
