ModuQua supports associations, OdA and developing BEKOM in the field of “modular competences”. If an association has developed a modular system, single modules are far less important than the coherent system. ModuQua recognises associations, OdA and BEKOM, so that they in turn are able to recognise the modules in their field under the rule of ModuQua. The examination of the module content requires a specialised competence that does not exist within ModuQua but to a high degree within associations.
