2 Project Description  Homepage for the Learning Communities Project at the Training and Corporate Education Department at Comverse (CTS).  Explore how the WWW can be used to create virtual spaces for on line collaboration  Use of tools to facilitate online discussions and collaboration on specific projects: Discussions CCDT for collaboration on curriculum development

3 Description of the Community  Define a Learning Community to take advantage of knowledge generated in different parts of the company to provide better training services.  Include in our Community: CTS FOPS TAC R&D

4 System Deployment Installation & Deployment R&D CTSCUSTOMER R&D “Live” System TAC FOPS Project Management oversees the project and continue to support it after it goes “live”. Project Timeline Field Engineers (FOPS) will “hand over” the site to Customer Support when it goes “live”.
