2 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR Modify EDI Server to provide the Retail Database Server the appropriate priority value for an 814_04 on a Move In. –Protocols state that a 814_05 related to a priority Move In should be processed within one Retail Business hour. The 814_05 related to a standard Move In should be processed in two Retail Business hours. EDI Server should determine if an 814_04 transaction is for a standard or priority Move In and assign appropriate priority value.
3 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR TML should only accept 5 or 9 digits in service address zip. –TML should accept only 5 or 9 digits in the service address zip field on CSA (814_18) transactions. When a zip code is entered that is not either 5 or 9 digits long, an error will be displayed. The user will be prompted to enter a valid length zip code.
4 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR TML Find ESIID Summary shows CSA - Yes when Customer Registration Database shows no CSA exists. –Using Find ESIID the ESIID Summary will show proper results from the Customer Registration Database whether a CSA is Active, Inactive, or does not exist.
5 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR TML - Find ESIID by Premise with Hide Inactive Box Checked Issues. –When using TML FIND ESIID by premise address and selecting the `Hide Inactive` checkbox, results will now return only Active ESIIDs.
6 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR TML-Receiving DUNS Number and CR Name reversed on TML for 867_03F detail screen. –The error in the detail section below where the Receiving CR and DUNS Number are listed will be corrected. DUNS number and CR name will display properly.
7 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR RETL - When CRs use parentheses () in the N1~SJ~CR NAME on initiating transactions where a Reject is produced by ERCOT, the reject transaction is failing internally. –For CRs using parentheses () in the N1~SJ~CR NAME on initiating transactions the ERCOT generated reject transaction will be successfully delivered.
8 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR Customer Registration Database Remove attachment capabilities. –Market Participants will no longer be able to attach a document after the Seibel Service Request status has been moved to Approved or Rejected.
9 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR –Upgrade WinZip Version to 11 on PF boxes to allow for proper archiving. SIR –EDI Server should capture the reason code for the bypass CSA. SIR –Customer Registration Database ERCOTWFM redistribution.

13 February 2009 Release TX SET January 21, 2009 SIR –TML - Find ESI ID should be querying off the appropriate zip code column. SIR –ETS-Performance Measures Export to report priority move in 814_05 in 1 hour and standard move in 814_05 in 2 hours.
