Title  The Bulgarian school is a center for the development of the individual person and the community.  The aim of education is the development of independence of personality.  The leading process is learning and the "journey" to knowledge.  The student is at the center of learning.

Title  Develops good start and positive in students.  Accepts and appreciates diversity.  Ensures equal quality of services for all students.  In the process of management the school includes parents, students and other community members.

 attitude of cooperation;  critical thinking skills;  skills in resolving conflicts  skills in decision making;  ability to work in a team;  communication skills;  skills in collecting and processing information;  responsible attitude of learning and motivation for lifelong ;

 What skills do we expect to get students to realize to the labor market?  Business companies  Parents  University  Students

 team working  communication  decision making  sharing their own opinion  recognition and respect for diversity  adapt to changing requirements, environment, information

 time management  flexibility and tolerance  respect for own work  self-initiative and initiative  results orientation  learning and personal development

 Four companies were interviewed operating in the fields of tourism, security, trade.  The future employees must be flexible and tolerant, with constant desire for learning and personal development.

The parents expect the school  increases the number of tasks for logical thinking  increases exercises associated with the development of social skills.  more initiative with results orientation.

The students should discover, extract, interpret and understand information:  analyse statements  make simple conclusions  apply lessons in life situations  not studied for evaluation and for lasting knowledge

Students expect school  increase the number of tasks for logical thinking to develop observation  increase exercises associated with the development of social skills.  helps them to discover their talents.  develop their potential, skills and abilities needed for the future realization.
