Development of Knowledge Transfer for Support Novice Researchers  Introduction  Literature Review  Research Methodology  Results  Propose of the study  Conclusions and Suggestions

INTRODUCTION  The initial research for researchers in education institutions, or graduate students, they may feel difficulty not only to construct the concept ideas, but also in the implementation processes  It usually takes lots of time for improvement of their experienced in doing a research

The Propose of the Study  To analyze and synthesize of knowledge transfer to support novice researchers of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi (RMUTSB).  To design the knowledge transfer for support novice researchers of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi.  To design mind map of the knowledge transfer system. Initialized by the acquisition of the knowledge from the experienced researchers.

LITERATURE REVIEW  The knowledge transfer, refers to knowledge that is in the mind of an individual or a group, which share with another person or groups. This affected to change in the considered business processes.  The knowledge which in the individuals may screw up to the groups and even the organizations, as of spiral model of knowledge theory (M. Hammer and K. Clark, 2012: 136).  the key to enabling an environment for the sharing knowledge may extension the knowledge. (Y. Suttarat, 2009: ).

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY The methodology of this study were four stages as follows.  Step 1 analysis and synthesis, by reviews of previous researches, documents, and users’ needs  Step 2 system designed, to transfer knowledge for support novice researchers in the Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi by using Mind map.  Step 3 acquisition of knowledge and knowledge dissemination. Transfer of knowledge and experiences from experienced researchers  Step 4 systems administration, system administrators are operated on defining the system users. The system users can be classified into three groups as 1) system administrator 2) experts and 3) students.

RESULTS

Results (Continue) The main elements of the proposed system consists of  The acquisition and storage of knowledge asset.  the transfer and dissemination of knowledge using the knowledge management tools  the system administration

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS  The knowledge transfer in the organization be considered from the individuals to a higher level in the organization  The proposed study starting from analysis and design, then perform mind map for knowledge transfer system to support novice researchers

Conclusions and Suggestions (Continue) Further study:  From mind map can conduct to implementation of the real system  Extension of the system to users outside the university should be concerned  It can be applied to other areas, including knowledge transfer of teaching and learning to support new instructors, or students in the education field of study, and knowledge transfer system to support technician staffs or students, etc.
