Course Availability Metric – percent of class cohort served Puget High has 4,200 students in grades 9-12 and offers 5 Algebra I courses. Each course can potentially serve 30 students. 5 x 30 = 150 students potentially served. In each class cohort, there are 4,200/4 = 1,050 students Puget High has enough Algebra I courses to potentially serve 150/1,050 = 14.3% of students in a class cohort.
