The tortoise always wins!

Are you more like... T The fleet-footed hare? Or the steady-stepping tortoise?

The Bible encourages us to keep pace with Christ Jesus day by day, year in and year out, as we slowly become like him.

They that wait upon the L ORD... shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 KJV

As we walk, we often wait... —for answers to prayer —for God’s gifts of healing —for our loved ones to come to faith.

We walk on by faith, especially through life’s dark valleys.

As we wait for the Lord, he renews our strength. It’s his promise!

This is not our strength; this is God’s strength!

In Jesus’ death and resurrection, God has given you new life. Run with it!

You never walk alone. Your Savior himself walks beside you!

Let Jesus set your pace. Listen to him. Respond to him. (Remember... the tortoise always wins!)

Thank you dads, grandpas, sons, brothers, uncles, mentors, teachers, coaches!

We are so blessed by you & by your godly service here at church, in our community, and in your families!
