We have already created four web sites! Macon County Industrial Development Web Site All four of these web sites are on the Internet today. You (and everybody else in the world) can look at them from any computer that has Internet access! 3

The purpose of the web sites. To be a community service To showcase the community. To give a lot of current information about the community to local residents, visitors and people who are moving here. To help people learn about local businesses and industries. To attract new industry. To promote tourism. To promote community events. 4 We do not charge any fees to the City of Lafayette, the City of Red Boiling Springs, the Macon County Chamber of Commerce, Macon County, Macon County Schools, clubs, churches, and other non-profit organizations.

10 How you can participate in the web sites. Tell us about coming events (reunions, fund raisers, parades, dinners, tours, etc.) Provide us with information (pictures, history, club information, church activities, etc.) Be a sponsor of one or more of the web sites!
