Presentation transcript:

 The intent is to instill respect, hard work, discipline, team chemistry, and confidence- building skills that will prospectively translate beyond the playing field, into other areas of each female athlete’s lives.

 Each player will be respected and valued in their individual role along with focusing on the team philosophy seated in the beginning of the packet.  Coaches will strive to push each athlete to play at the next desired level.  Coaches are available to be addressed privately with any personal concern at the correct time and place after both parties have taken time to reflect.

 -Keep the team number one priority so that together we can focus to achieve success on the field and gain the well-deserved reputation within the community.  Each player should understand and embrace their role within the team.  Conduct off the field is a representation of the team mentality, coaches and community.  Any violations to the student handbook will be immediately handed over to the school’s administration.  Negative and/or disrespectful attitude whether it be towards a teammate, coach or official will be dealt with appropriately to maintain a reputable environment.  Each player will wear proper practice, pre-game and match attire, looking acceptable. (Look good, feel good, play good)  Expect all out effort and play 100% at all times.

 Strength and Conditioning Camp- Run right in North Haven by highly skilled and motivated coaches to get athletes faster, stronger, and more agile for their prospective seasons.  North Haven Soccer Camp- Ran right at Memorial Field in North Haven, some of our own players and coaches on staff are there to keep a comfortable environment as they work on skill building.  Summer League- Fun way to get the team involved in play making during scrimmages against prospective opponents.  Captains Practice- Create team unity, ease our new players into the way we train.

 What do we fundraise for?  Practice kits, warm-ups, any other item the senior class wants to purchase as well.  Although this is not technically mandatory, we as a coaching staff encourage it. We believe this instills team unity and overall clean cut appearance at all times.
