AS-IS Business Process Documented over 300 AS-IS FMS business processes including the following areas: Asset Management Travel and Expense Project Costing Accounts Receivable Disbursements Purchase Orders Grants and Contracts Budget Payroll General Ledger
What is an IDP Session? Interactive Design & Prototyping (IDP): Group sessions that focus on Financial Management Services (FMS), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Grants PeopleSoft modules to: Review current business requirements Demonstrate PeopleSoft functionality Discuss, validate and design future business processes via conceptualized and prototyped system Identify and create an inventory checklist (i.e. data conversion, interfaces, reporting requirements and security) Involves users immediately by putting their knowledge of their institution’s business functions to work
