OUR IDEA Our idea is to make an outdoor gym in the corner of the field Hope you enjoy.

OUR EXPLANATION TEXT Our proposal is to build a eco friendly outdoor gym on the school field. We hope that this presentation will persuade you to like and enjoy our idea. Building a gym on the school field will benefit all the school because the children are getting fit and so are the teachers. Being outdoors, it is also very easy to fit in the space we have,as you are not in a enclosed space. It will be accessible in P.E and break time (lunchtime too). The gym activities will generate electricity for the things in school that will need it. Our idea is not really expensive as we do not have a roof for the gym. The equipment will be waterproof so that it doesn't get rusty and worn down. Everybody will enjoy going to the gym and getting fit. It will take 2-5 months depending whether it goes wrong or not. It probably wo t go wrong as we have it all planed out well.

WHO IT WILL BENEFIT Our idea will benefit the whole school because it will improve our sats results as the children can get rid of all the stress. It will benefit the children because they will get fit from all of the exercise. It will also benefit the teachers because it will get them fit as well. Also the teachers could teach the children physical fitness.

WHAT IS GOOD ABOUT THE IDEA Its not incredibly expensive Its fun It can be used in all weathers, except rain (unless you want to get wet!). Children will get fit so will teachers We could use it in P.E IN THE FUTURE – It can be adapted to generate electricity to keep the school bills down, therefore we will have more money to spend on other things.

WHAT IS BAD ABOUT THE IDEA Takes up some of the space on the field If its raining it will get wet.

HOW IT WILL WORK- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE The initial installation will be really quick with the help of Mr Haycock, teachers and parents. If we want to adapt it to generate electricity it would need more planning On average a piece of equipment can generate watts in an hour, depending on how fit the person is. A lap top uses 29 kw a year. We could save the school money.

It is over our budget so we will sell lots of lemonade, cakes and maybe some ice pops.
