Other Preparations Download the financial statement form from Language Center Website and take it to your bank for an official statement of a deposit at least of $ (write your name with a pencil on the right bottom corner). Have your passport ready and start to apply for US Visa. Get an appointment first (better in the last two weeks of June).

Other Preparations You will need the I-20 form to get J-1 Visa, and make sure the I-20 form is always together with your passport. The departure is on July 9, 0830, and you have to be in the airport before 06:30. The departure flight can’t be changed, and the returning flight can’t be moved forward.

Other Preparations Coordinate your returning flight day early. The official flight day will be August 6, Once our travel agent has issued the ticket, you have to pay in order to change your flight. The issuing date of the ticket is around the last week of May.
