5 6 7 8 5. Fill out “Ship From” and “Ship To” information. Phone number must be in xxx-xxx-xxxx format. 6. Enter the “Ship from close time” in military time, which is the time your dock closes. 7. Do not select whether you have a daily pickup with FedEx or UPS because this is not a small parcel package. 8. Enter the weight and dimensions. Skip NMFC/Class. 9. Enter the “Fill Quantity” which is the amount you are shipping. The packing slip, which is a reference number for you, can be numbers or letters with no special characters or spaces. 10. Enter the number of pieces that are being shipped. You can use one line if all pieces are the same weight and dimensions. If so, enter the TOTAL weight. If the weight and dimensions are not the same, use separate lines for each piece. You may change the type of carton if needed. Description is not required unless the shipment is hazardous. Enter the weight and dimensions. Skip NMFC/Class. If shipping documentation has not popped up you can print shipping documents by selecting “List SA Ready For Shipping.” You can also re-print (check box) the bill of lading and shipment authorization if desired.
