Overview of GCN/MCN/SCF GCN (Global Carribbean Network) a company in the Loret Group was selected by Guadeloupe Regional Council to Implement and manage the submarine cable network project. Investment of 25.4 M€. RFS July MCN (Middle Caribbean Network) Regional Council of Guadeloupe, Martinique, the European Union, ECTEL, the World Bank and the ACP Digital association agreed to extend the project to Martinique, with a branch to Dominica, thus creating MCN. Investment of 21 M€. RFS Dec SCF (Southern Caribbean Fiber) will complete the construction to Trinidad and purchase from GCN and MCN to resell entire regional capacity. Investment of 40 M€. RFS Q Extensions to the North (Haiti / DR) and South (Guyana, Suriname & French Guyana) currently under negotiation.
