24 Critical Single Point of Failure Request To prevent a catastrophic black-out of essential satellite data products and services in the event of failure of NOAA’s operational computer systems. Establishes an off-site backup for the critical computing capabilities in Suitland Federal Center and Camp Springs facilities at Wallops CDA.
