A person identified by the county Familiar with SSIS, Social Services workflow, and works well with staff Good communicator with both county staff and management Willing to support SSIS with a positive attitude in the county Willing to share information with the county and SSIS

10/19/05 Mentoring 1013 SSIS Expectations Mentor responsibilities include: Attend bi-monthly meetings held by the State (Maureen Zinda, Coordinator). Discuss support issues occurring in the counties with Maureen. Disseminate information from the mentor meetings to county management and staff. Support county staff by answering daily application questions.
