 Team selected 16 software tools  Each member chose 3-4 tools to evaluate  Evaluation criteria included:  Features  Pros & Cons  Cost

 Ease of use/installation  Real-time browser-based collaboration  Simultaneous editing  Multiple people editing same document at same time  Chat with collaborators  Export/Import  Price (free if possible!)

 Each team member wrote a scenario  Scenarios were used to evaluate tools  Some tools were eliminated by using scenario affordances  Each member picked the best tool out of the 3-4 they evaluated  The five remaining tools were further evaluated via group discussion  Team chose two for presentation purposes
