CONTENT Licences, Rating and Endorsements Training Career Discusion

Definition of the Licence It is a certificate of competence authorizing the holder to provide air traffic control services in the scope of this licence

Type of licences MATCSL (Military Air Traffic Controller Student licence) MATCL (Military Air Traffic Controller licence)

MATCSL (Military Air Traffic Controller Student licence) A holder of the licence is authorized to control the aircraft in the scope of this licence, rating and endorsements, but only under the supervision of an instructor.

MATCL (Military Air Traffic Controller licence) ATC is authorized to independently provide air traffic services in the scope of licence,rating and endorsements listed in MATCL.

Definition of the Rating The authorization listed in the license, forming part of and determing special conditions, privileges or limitations relating to this license.

Rating on GCI IC (Intercept controller)  A holder of this rating authorized to provide air traffic service for aircraft conducting combat or training mission by using the radar scope.

Definition of the Endorsement The authorization listed in the license for air traffic controller, specifying special conditions, privileges or limitations pertaining to the rating or the license.
