Uninstall any Existing versions of ArcMap Before starting, ensure there are not existing versions of ArcMap on your computer Use the Uninstall option on the CD main menu

Authorizing the EVA

Enter Authorization Number 12 digit EVA number found on inside of CD cover

Select A Version Select 10.1 for desktop

Go back to the CD menu
