Lake Havasu City The home of the London Bridge and water sports

The London Bridge!! The London Bridge!!  The London Bridge was moved from London, England to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in  Every year around Christmas time they decorate the bridge with lights! It looks so amazing!  The bridge is covered in United States Flags on both sides.

Water Sports Water Sports  You can do about almost anything in the lake at Lake Havasu.  There are jet skiing competitions that you can go watch or you can be a part of it. (There really amazing to watch!)  Some of the top winners even live in Lake Havasu.  You can have fun boating with your friends and family too. This is my grandmas neighbor!! Take a boat to Havasu Landing in California  You can drive your own boat and cross the lake to California.  Or you can even get on a boat that leaves every hour and costs $3 to go there and back.  On the other side of the lake there is a big casino and a restaurant that looks out to the open water.

Spring Break  I recommend you don’t go to Lake Havasu during spring break.  It is very crowded and the lake is full of people.  Lake Havasu is one of the most party cities and lakes in the United States during spring break and one of the popular spots in Copper Canyon.

Piranha 5 Piranha 5  This upcoming movie was filmed in Lake Havasu City.  This is a series of horror movies that is kinda similar to Saw.  This movie took up to 4-5 months to film.

Sightseeing Sightseeing  There are tons of cool sight seeing places that you can go see in Lake Havasu.  You can go on amazing tours around the desert and the city.  There is this really cool place were you are right by and under the London bridge. There are shops and restaurants that you can go eat and have a great time.

Oatman Oatman  Oatman is only about 20 miles from Lake Havasu.  There are donkeys that you can feed and pet just roaming around.  You can buy souvenirs at different shops.

Desert Bar Desert Bar  This bar is right in the middle of a desert.  It is made up of all recycled things such as tin, rocks, and old wood.  Kids are welcome at the bar.  Great sightseeing.
