Basic info on wolves Wolves travel in packs They use strategy to kill their prey. They use their howls to communicate to other wolves, whether to warn them to stay away or just to signal where they are at. There is usually a pack leader

Adaptation Wolves can adapt to any temperature They can live in forests, mountains, tundra, taiga, grasslands, and urban areas. They can usually find something to eat whether its livestock or something bigger They can find necessary resources within any type of ecosystem

Ancestors and Living relatives The domestic dog is a possible ancestor of the wolf A germen shepherd is a relative of the wolf The tomarctus is the ancestor of the wolf and all 4 legged canines

Habitat The wolves have endured many different habitats. The rainforest and the true desert are the only places the wolves have not adapted yet.

Food chain Wolves in Romania eat cattle and live stock.
