Towntology related IT expertise  Analysis of environmental data towards creating conceptual models for Urban Environment Management (focus on AQ and Energy sectors)  Cross platform, multi-tiered, database independent applications (Java technologies, i.e. Velocity, Turbine, Torque).  Mobile device focused applications and modules (PDA- Velocity, J2ME, etc)  First level experience with ontology engineering (Protégé etc.)
