Once upon a time on a sunny day there was a tiger and a grizzly bear. The tiger’s name was Fred and the grizzly bear’s name was George. I’m George I’m Fred

Fred and George were very good friends, but they were also really competitive.

Coming up was a big race and they had to prepare for it. Unfortunately, the grizzly bear is not that fast, but the tiger is super speedy. clipart

So, the two friends practiced and practiced and practiced each and everyday.

Until, finally the big day came. It was the time of the big race.

Fred and George were very nervous. George had no confidence in himself and he did not think he was going to place. Luckily, Fred is a good friend and he is trying to make George feel better. Nervous face clipart I’m nervous I’m really scared!

The race is about to start. Ready, set, go! And off they went running down the track. clipart

Cheering and shouting was all across the air and everyone was running as fast as they could and could not stop! Fred was in 1st place and George was coming up to be in 3rd. clipart

Fred looked back and saw that his best friend was in 3 rd. He wanted to help him to be a nice friend so he slowed down and started to run with George. As George saw him coming his eyes lit up with joy and a smile slid across his face.

The end was near and neither Fred or George were in 1 st place. Another competitor took the lead. Fred wanted to care for his friend so he let George go in front of him. He knew that George never got 1 st in anything and maybe winning will build his self confidence.

When George saw Fred slowing down to wait for him, his eyes lit up and he got a huge smile across his face. The finish line was near the corner and now George was winning. He crossed the finish line with full speed and rolling right behind him was Fred coming in 2 nd.

Fred was a very nice and generous friend and he knew he did the right thing. Clipart
