Review Terms of Reference The purpose of this review is to: – determine what services currently exist; – inventory the current human resource allocation (FTE’s); – future human resource needs; – what gaps or inefficiencies exist: – identify the needs of stakeholders; – identify ways to make the current system more responsive to the needs of stakeholders no matter where they live and work in the province; and – ensure that our health libraries system enhances our ability to offer clinical services, research and education. This review is not intended to reduce services or personnel, but to maximize efficiency and service quality For the purpose of this review the term “library” will also be used to refer to “resource centres” within the health sector
